St Martin’s Centre for Health and Healing is uniquely located in the heart of Birmingham’s redeveloped Bull Ring. It opened in 1999 and currently assists around 10,200 per year. Health is seen as the restoring or maintenance of wholeness and well being, whilst healing sees the repairing of brokenness and pain. The journey of empowerment from healing to health takes many forms. The Centre provides a range of responses including advice, listening, practical assistance, counselling and prayer. All are provided within a context of Christian acceptance and value for the individual.
