Temporarily closed for worship

After prayerful consideration, it has been decided to temporarily close our building for worship and prayer. We appreciate this decision will be disappointing and frustrating for some but our concern is to support the government in restricting the spread of the coronavirus, and encouraging us all to stay at home. This decision will be under constant review and as soon as it feels sufficiently safe and appropriate will once more re-open the building for worship and prayer. Please join us in praying: for our nation and the world;for our health services and care workers;for all who continue to work for our benefit;for those who are unwell and those who are bereaved. In the meantime, you can continue to join us for worship each week on the St. Martin in the Bull Ring page on YouTube – just click on the image below.

Each Sunday, at 10.30am, there will be a simple service of Holy Communion at St. Martin’s. However our online worship will continue on the St. Martin in the Bull Ring page on YouTube, but for those without access to online worship this is an opportunity to gather for said worship, with scriptures, simple sermon, prayers of intercession, and sharing in communion.

Open for Private Prayer

Every Thursday and Saturday, between 1-4pm, St. Martin in the Bull Ring is partially open for private prayer. Right in the city centre of Birmingham, come and find a place of peace and rest where you can quietly pray, reflect or meditate. You may wish to light a candle in our prayer chapel.
